Fulbright and UGRAD are one of several USA exchange programs with the goal of improving intercultural relations, cultural diplomacy, and intercultural competence between the people of the United States and other countries,
UGRAD Program provides scholarships to outstanding undergraduate students where as Fulbright is for graduates from around the world with community service, professional development, and cultural enrichment.
